The Top Temper

is a compact tempering machine for chocolate. The compact and shapely machine has a moulded ABS housing. The Top Temper can be used to melt and temper up to 3 kg of chocolate. It is equipped with a control panel and the temperature of the chocolate can be increased, lowered or kept at a constant temperature. The bowl rotates as the motor is switched on, thus allowing the chocolate to be mixed constantly. The device has an injection-moulded plastic scraper with an integrated rack for the thermostat probe. The stainless steel bowl is replaceable as well as the scraper whose rack is mounted outside the bowl. Two 100 Watt heating elements are used as heating and the cooling fan is used to control the cooling component of the tempering process.
